Revision of 27 October 2026
Public offer and terms of use
This document is a public offer from the administration of the TaskFlow service. Checking “I agree to the public offer and terms of use” at registration is a full and unconditional acceptance of the offer under Articles 435 and 438 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Without that check, a profile is not created. By accepting, the user confirms that they have read these terms and the privacy policy, understand them, and agree to use the service solely at their own risk.
1. What is provided
TaskFlow is software for keeping task lists: a personal space and, separately, a company’s business space. Access is provided free of charge, “as is” and “as available,” without any service level, uptime, support, or fitness promise. The administration does not promise that the service will run continuously, without errors, at the same speed, on every device and every network, or that it will be fit for any particular purpose. Nothing in the interface creates paid services, a consumer contract for a fee, or any duty beyond what is expressly written here.
2. Profile
A profile needs only a username and a password, or sign-in through Telegram or Google under the rules of those services. The user chooses credentials and keeps them secret. Everything done with that username or linked account is treated as the user’s own action. The password can be viewed in the profile and changed there. It is stored so that the owner can see it and the administration can restore access. If the password is forgotten, the person writes to the administration on Telegram: the administration looks up the password and either tells it or sets a new one. Sign-in through Telegram or Google depends on those third parties; the administration is not liable for their outages, refusals, or policy changes. A profile can be deleted in the profile itself. Deletion erases that profile’s tasks. If the profile belongs to the company owner, the company disappears with it.
3. Tasks and how they are kept
Task text, the archive, and deleted items are saved so the same profile can be opened on another device. Only the person themselves can see the personal space. In a business space, the company owner can see a member’s board for that company: tasks, dates, and completion marks. That does not open the personal space. Saving is a technical feature, not a duty to keep data forever and not a guarantee against loss. The administration is not liable for data disappearing, being damaged, being delayed, being unavailable, or being disclosed because of a failure, an update, the user’s actions, the user’s device, the network, malicious software, or third parties. The user decides what to write down and makes copies if the data matters. Deleting tasks, including by mistake, does not oblige the administration to restore them.
4. No warranties
The service is not professional, legal, financial, medical, or any other advice. The user judges for themselves the labels in the interface, the dates, and any conclusions drawn from their tasks. The administration does not review tasks in advance and does not become their author, performer, or a party to them. No oral or written statement outside these terms creates a warranty.
5. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, the administration, the operator, and anyone acting for them are not liable for any damage or any claim connected with the service or with being unable to use it — direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or otherwise. This includes loss of data, lost profit, a missed deadline, downtime, a malfunction, loss of a password, other people gaining access to the profile, decisions made on the basis of tasks, reliance on the interface, and the acts or omissions of third parties, equipment, and networks. The user uses the service at their own risk and waives claims that can be waived. If liability cannot be excluded entirely, it is limited to zero, and where the law forbids a zero cap, to the smallest amount that law allows. Free access does not create a duty to compensate, continue the service, or provide an alternative.
6. Content the user adds
The user alone is responsible for the text and information in their profile. The user agrees not to post unlawful material and not to infringe other people’s rights. Claims by third parties about such text are brought against the user, not the administration. The administration may remove content or limit a profile if it reasonably believes these terms or the law are breached, without liability for that action.
7. Indemnity
If third parties approach the administration because of a profile, data, or a breach of these terms, the user indemnifies the administration for the related claims, losses, and reasonable expenses, to the extent applicable law allows.
8. Changes and ending the service
The administration may at any time change, limit, suspend, or stop the service as a whole or any part of it, change these terms, and limit or delete a profile and data without giving reasons and without compensation. A new revision takes effect when it is published in the service. Continuing to use the service after a change means agreement to the new revision. If the user does not agree, they stop using the service and may delete the profile.
9. What information is needed
Creating a profile asks for a username and a password, or for identifiers from Telegram or Google. The password is stored so it can be shown to the owner in the profile and restored through the administration. The administration does not sell this information. Technical records needed for sign-in, storing tasks, stopping abuse, and operating the service may be kept, including the time the offer was accepted and the time the profile was created. Aggregate counts and short notices about new profiles may be sent to the operator’s Telegram for service operation. Service operator: CHECK. Contact: CHECK1. Address: CHECK3. Details of storage are in the privacy policy.
10. Circumstances beyond control
Power, communications, equipment, and software failures, acts of authorities, accidents, and other circumstances beyond the administration’s reasonable control release it from providing the service for as long as they last and from liability for their consequences.
11. Claims and the terms remaining in force
Before going to court, the user sends the administration a written claim and allows at least 30 days for a reply. Claims that these terms cannot exclude are decided under the law of the Russian Federation. If any provision is held invalid, the rest remain in force to the greatest extent allowed. The administration’s choice not to use a right is not a waiver of that right. Mandatory consumer rights that cannot be limited by agreement remain in force to the extent the law requires; everything else is limited as stated above.
12. Who may accept the offer
By registering, the user confirms that they are 18 or otherwise entitled to accept these terms, that they have read them and the privacy policy in full, understand them, and accept them without reservation. The terms are the entire agreement on use of the service and replace earlier oral or written agreements about it. Silence, continued use, or a checked box at registration each count as acceptance where the law allows.
